Terms and Conditions

We offer a digital book in PDF format. Following a successful one-time payment, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download and use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The download link is active for 7 days after purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. You may not resell or publicly distribute the file, give third parties access, circumvent technical restrictions or modify the file for distribution.

The price and the fact that payment is one-time are displayed before you complete your order. There is no automatic renewal or subscription.

The seller for your order is Eli Tsvetkova. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form and do not pass through our systems.

Payment processing is also subject to Stripe’s consumer terms.

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information when ordering. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Do not use the website or book for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious code, unauthorised access, automated content extraction or attempts to compromise security.

Eli Tsvetkova retains all rights to the book, text, design, website, software, documentation, name and distinctive marks. Your purchase does not transfer copyright or other ownership rights.

To report an infringement, email eliramona@gmail.com with a description and supporting evidence. We may restrict access and take action in the event of an infringement.

The book provides general practical information and personal experience. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. For questions concerning a parent’s or child’s health, consult a qualified professional.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and downloads reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach, non-payment, a security risk or fraud, or repeated or serious violations. After a refund, the download link is deactivated.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, data or reputation. Our total liability for a particular purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. You are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these terms.

You may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may transfer the contract in the event of a reorganisation or transfer of the business. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication and then by the competent court under applicable law.
