Processing your request
Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. The refund is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and is usually a few business days.
All mandatory consumer rights you have under the law remain unaffected.
Access after a refund
Once the refund is confirmed, your personal download link is deactivated. If you experience a technical problem with the file, please contact us first — we will take the necessary steps to restore your access.
